Rooted Psychotherapy & Wellness Center offers specialized programs designed for professionals, families, couples, and individuals seeking meaningful, sustainable healing. Each program blends evidence-based psychotherapy with integrative mind–body modalities such as somatic awareness, breathwork, vibroacoustic sound therapy, acupuncture, and—when clinically appropriate—ketamine-assisted psychotherapy.

Comprehensive Family Therapy Programs and Holistic Healing
Individual Psychotherapy
Format:
Ongoing | Weekly or Biweekly
Best for:
Adults seeking support for anxiety, depression, trauma, life transitions, or emotional overwhelm.
Overview:
Trauma-informed individual psychotherapy offering consistent support, emotional regulation, insight, and meaningful change over time.
Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy (KAP) Individuals & Couples | 18+
Format:
6–8 Week Structured Program
Best for:
Adults (18+) seeking deeper therapeutic work when talk therapy alone has not been sufficient.
Overview:
A clinically supervised program combining ketamine-assisted sessions with psychotherapy, preparation, and integration to support insight, emotional processing, and lasting change.
This program includes medical screening and collaboration with a licensed medical provider.
Somatic & Vibroacoustic Therapy Program
Format:
4- or 6-Session Series
Best for:
Individuals experiencing chronic stress, nervous system dysregulation, emotional shutdown, or difficulty relaxing.
Overview:
A body-centered program using vibroacoustic sound therapy and somatic practices to support regulation, grounding, and reconnection.
Optional acupuncture sessions can be added to further support relaxation, balance, and nervous system regulation.
Couples & Family Therapy Program
Immigration and legal assessments
Format:
6–10 Sessions
Best for:
Couples or families navigating conflict, emotional disconnection, stress, or life transitions.
Overview:
A trauma-informed, relational program focused on communication, emotional safety, and strengthening connections within couples and families.
Duration, structure, and fees are discussed collaboratively during the consultation process to ensure the right fit.
