What It Is
A gentle, body-based therapeutic method that uses low-frequency sound vibrations to support deep relaxation, nervous system regulation, and emotional release.
How It Works
Low-frequency sound waves travel through the surface of the vibroacoustic bed. These vibrations interact with the nervous system, reducing tension, calming the mind, and helping the body reach a parasympathetic (rest-and-restore) state.
